General information about the organization

The association with additional responsibility «Vitebsk business centre» is registered by Administration of the October district on March, 31st, 2008. ANP 391271602.
AAR «Vitebsk business centre» became the assignee of Private Joint-Stock Company «Vitebsk centre of support of private business undertakings «the House of a science and technics » under all its obligations concerning creditors and debtors. The joint-stock company «Vitebsk centre of support of private business undertakings» is registered on March, 9th, 1994, has received the status of the centre of support of business  in the Vitebsk area for the first time.
The certificate of the centre of support of business № 57 is given  out repeatedly by the Ministry of Economics of Republic of Belarus on November, 14th, 2008 in connection with moving AAR «Vitebsk business centre» to the new address from Lenina street, house № 3-B to Pushkina street, house № 6.

 Tasks and functions 

Main objective is realization of the economic activities directed on extraction of profit.
Rendering of services is carried out at the office and with departure to clients.
Basic activity of AAR «Vitebsk business centre»   - 74140 Consulting concerning commercial activity and management, working out of business plans of development and investment projects. Business plans are also prepared for rendering of the state support and a recoupment of the state investments into economy and territories of improvements and sanitation of the problem enterprises.
Advertising in actively visited portal «The Vitebsk area for business and investments», created on the order of Vitebsk areaal executive committee, will assist promotion of available sites, advancement of the goods and services in the markets of Belarus and abroad, increase of popularity of brands of firms and production.
The primary goals of the centre of support of business are rendering of assistance to subjects of small business in reception of financial (investments, credits, the state support) and material and technical (buildings, raw materials, finished goods) resources, information, methodical and consulting services, in preparation and providing of the specified subjects with qualified personnel, and also other assistance in realization of their activity.
In the purposes of realization of the primary goals the centre of support of business carries out activity in following directions:
formation of information databases and rendering of information services on business questions (with use of legal-reference systems "Consultant-Plus" (Belarus, areas, a question-answer the bookkeeper, comments to the legislation, samples of documents), a reference information Internet portal «The Vitebsk area for business and investments», printing and electronic editions), preparation of methodical business manuals;
rendering of consulting services to subjects of small business (oral and written consultations, preparation of various documents – petitions and substantiations, inquiries and offers, etc.);
carrying out of marketing researches and all complex of marketing consulting;
assistance in preparation and retraining of personnel for subjects of small business (the exit open and corporate business seminars on actual economic and legal questions within the limits of the project «School of the Successful Manager» with participation of experts);
other activity directed on realization of problems of the centre of support of business and not forbidden by the legislation.
AAR «Vitebsk business centre» gives support to the business of the Vitebsk area. AAR « Vitebsk business centre » has negotiated the contract on rendering of legal services (consultation, documents, courts) with licensee Oleg Vladimirovich Marudov.
As the center of support of business AAR «Vitebsk business center» is accountable to Committee of economy of Vitebsk areaal executive committee and Department on business of the Ministry of Economics of Republic of Belarus, is one of executors of Programs of support of business of the Vitebsk area and Vitesbk city.
AAR « Vitebsk business centre » is a branch of the Republican centre of a transfer of technologies.
